Terms of Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of Usenet Share. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Usenet Share software (the “Software”), or by accessing our website at usenetshare.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software or the Site.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one active device at a time, for the term purchased (1 Year, 3 Years, or Lifetime, as applicable). You may deactivate a device and activate a new one at any time through the self-serve functionality in the app. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software to third parties.

3. Acceptable Use

The Software is general-purpose file-transfer and encryption tool. You agree to use it in compliance with all applicable laws and your Usenet provider's terms of service. You may not:

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license validation.
• Share license keys or accounts with unauthorized users.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related content on the Site are the property of WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD and its licensors. The open-source backend components remain subject to their respective open-source licenses. The commercial UI, license management, and support services are proprietary.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle, depending on the payment method you select at checkout. When you pay via Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for tax collection, invoicing, and chargebacks. When you pay via Stripe, WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD is the merchant of record and Stripe acts solely as the payment processor. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, VAT, and duties are calculated and collected at checkout according to your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all license purchases. To request a refund, email support@usenetshare.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Software or the Site.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Termination does not limit any other remedies available to us at law or in equity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WEBTEK COMMERCE LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software or the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice where practicable.
